Crystal healing is about rebalancing and reenergizing, so if the system is capable of healing, or it is the time to be healed, the healing process will more readily take place. Crystal healing is both gentle and non intrusive. It works on thousands of tiny energy centres in your body called meridians and are what the chinese call acupuncture points.
Crystal healing is concerned with the use of appropriate crystals on certain body parts and chakras so as to rebalance the body's energy level and improve the well-being. Crystal healing is therefore quite useful for an energy healing practitioner.
Gemstones are used by some crystal healers in colour crystal healing treatments because they are pure in colour and are unmixed and unadulterated in effects.
The second step in crystal healing is the process of harmonizing and integrating the changes into your whole being. You may notice physical and emotional changes in either of the first or second steps as your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies come into alignment.
Crystal healing is often used to treat and cure stress, arthritis, illness or circulation disorders. It's thought that crystals and gemstones contain vibrational forces, which are then applied to the body's energy fields to correct ailments.
Practical crystal healing is letting rocks help you handle your stress, believe in your own body's powers to heal itself and enrich your inner self with their beauty and reassuring solidity. If you can handle your stress and not worry so much, you give pills and potions a great chance of doing their job to help you.
